At Avika Premium Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we take every effort to ensure that products reach you in perfect condition, certain situations may require a return or replacement. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any request.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us verify damage, defects, or incorrect items, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video showing:
  • The sealed package being opened
  • The product received
  • Any visible issue or defect (if applicable)
Providing an unboxing video helps us process claims efficiently and transparently.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product is unused and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue
Requests made beyond this time frame may not be eligible for processing.

Non-Eligible Scenarios
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Used, altered, or damaged products after delivery
  • Claims without sufficient proof
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in limited cases, such as:
  • Order lost in transit
  • Incorrect product delivered and replacement is unavailable
For damaged or defective items where the same product is available, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Exchange Policy
  • Replacements are provided for the same item, model, and color, subject to availability
  • Exchange for a different product is allowed only if the original item is unavailable
  • All replacements are subject to stock availability

Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and images
  • Wait for confirmation before returning the product
Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
