At Avika Premium Designs, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed, packed, and delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through India Post or other reliable courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and subject to stock availability).
During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared with customers once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Important Shipping Information

Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Delivery timelines are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch.
Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
If your order is delayed beyond 14 working days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Packaging & Delivery

All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at avikadesignsofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and supporting photos.

Shipping Terms

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
One shipping address is accepted per order.
Separate orders must be placed for multiple delivery addresses.
