- We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.
- International shipping availability may vary based on destination and local regulations.
Shipping Within India – Delivery Method
- Domestic orders are shipped via India Post Standard Shipping or other reliable courier partners.
- Estimated Delivery Time (India): 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped through registered international postal or courier services.
- Estimated Delivery Time (International): 10–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and subject to stock availability).
- During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method
- Applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable, as per their country’s regulations.
Important Shipping Information
- Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch.
- Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- If a domestic order is delayed beyond 14 working days, customers may contact us for assistance.
Packaging & Delivery Issues
- All products are packed securely to minimize damage during transit.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately at avikapremiumdesigns@gmail.com with your Order ID and supporting photos or videos.
Shipping Terms
- Deliveries are typically made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- No dispatch or delivery occurs on Sundays or national holidays.
- One shipping address is accepted per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
