All products listed are subject to availability.

• If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will hold your order and ship it once back in stock.
• If an item becomes permanently unavailable, we will inform you and offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Color Accuracy

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However:

• Color appearance may vary slightly due to device screen differences, brightness, and settings.
• Avika Premium Designs is not liable for color mismatch between the product image and the actual product.

4. Packaging & Shipping

While we take utmost care in packaging, in rare cases of transit damage, customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos, so we can assist as per our return or replacement policy.

5. Delivery & Address Information

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details including:

• Complete address
• Active contact number

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

6. Pricing and Product Details

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify products at our discretion.
• Payments on our website are processed through secure and authorized payment gateway providers. Avika Premium Designs does not store or process card, UPI, or bank details.

7. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Avika Premium Designs reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspicious activity.
• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• Refunds are not issued. Replacements are provided only for verified defective or damaged products, as per our return policy

To initiate a return

• Email us at avikapremiumdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Return the product in original condition along with the item number and reason.
• An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us verify claims related to damage or defects and to process replacements efficiently.

Please use registered shipping to return items. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
